On January 26, 2022, Pakistan's National Tariff Commission announced that at the request of Pakistan's Court of appeal, the anti-dumping investigation on polyester filament yarn originated or imported from China and Malaysia was re conducted, the original final determination was revised, and the cost and freight (C amp; F) anti-dumping duty on the products involved was adjusted. After adjustment, China was 2.78 -. 82 percent , Malaysia is 3.16 percent , the tax rate is detailed in the attached table, and the measure is valid until August 25, 2022. The dumping investigation period of this case is from October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015, and the injury investigation period is from October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2015. This case involves products under Pakistan tax numbers 5402.3300, 5402.4700 and 5402.6200, excluding colored polyester filament yarn.

On February 27, 2016, Pakistan's National Tariff Commission filed an anti-dumping investigation on polyester filament yarn originating or imported from China and Malaysia. On August 26, 2017, Pakistan made a positive and final anti-dumping ruling on the case and began to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of five years, of which the tax rate of China's products involved was 3.25-1.35 percent .
